Mission Operations Manager, Europe

Overview

In this role you will lead maritime security mission deployments for UK customers, bridging Anduril’s products with customer needs. You will own mission delivery, plan deployments, and train end users while collaborating with engineering, logistics, and operations to ensure performance. You’ll drive customer success, growth, and alignment of Anduril’s offerings with mission objectives. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong emphasis on shaping products to meet real-world security challenges and mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate deployment of Anduril products for maritime missions
• Lead planning and deployment of Maritime Sentry hardware and software
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations to field products and ensure high performance
• train end users and monitor user experience to improve operations
• drive commercial growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying future opportunities
• articulate Anduril’s value proposition to executives and end users to position for future missions
• shape product development by conveying customer challenges to engineering
• collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
• maintain mission ownership mindset and proactively address issues affecting customers
