Specialist, Contingent Workforce (Talent Pool)

Overview

In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of MSP programs as a liaison for clients, suppliers and internal teams. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure service excellence, and support program performance. You contribute to client satisfaction through effective coordination, reporting and issue resolution. Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local hiring managers and coordinate temporary recruitment requests
• Record and track recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements
• Conduct vacancy qualification meetings, brief 3rd party suppliers, screen CVs, and schedule interviews
• Oversee onboarding and contractor management activities
• Maintain local client and agency relationships
• Review, upload and track invoices and approvals for payment
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve local issues with clients and agencies
• Monitor achievement of local service level agreements
• Provide statistical analysis support and other duties as needed
• Deliver periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager

Key requirements

• Fluent in English
• Experience in an MSP environment (strongly preferred)
• Vendor Management Service/ MSP experience desirable
• Staffing industry experience desirable
• Human Resources experience desirable
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication in English
• Ability to interact with all management levels
• Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data
