Overview

In this role, you drive the global QC Excellence strategy across Reckitt’s manufacturing network, partnering with site QC, Quality, and Supply to raise performance and governance. You standardise ways of working, push continuous improvement, and deploy global standards with future technologies. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance operating models using AI, digitalisation, robotics, and automation while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance. You will lead global initiatives and sustain value delivery through strong cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continually improve the global QC Excellence strategy aligned with quality and business priorities
  • Lead initiatives to enhance QC laboratory performance, efficiency, compliance, and process quality
  • Drive the implementation of global standards, best practices, and operational excellence frameworks across sites
  • Manage global continuous improvement programmes across multiple regions and laboratories
  • Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and local QC leadership teams to drive alignment and results
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the QC network
  • Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support effective implementation of changes
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders by communicating programme progress, risks, and business impact
  • Support process harmonisation while considering local operational and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate global forums, workshops, and governance activities to support alignment and decision-making

Key requirements

  • Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong understanding of QC laboratory operations, GMP, and quality systems
  • Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and performance management
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Experience leading complex projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives in a global environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work across functions, regions, and cultures in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivering change and business impact
  • Familiarity with digital laboratory solutions, automation, or technology-driven improvements is a plus
