Product Engineer

Overview

In this Senior Analyst role, you will bridge strategy and delivery across multiple high-change workstreams within an employee-owned retail and services organisation. You’ll work with delivery managers, architects and engineers to shape and deliver solutions for cross-functional challenges. You’ll facilitate workshops, translate technical detail for business teams, and navigate ambiguity to keep programmes on track. You’ll contribute to developing an internal AI capability and help grow the analyst community with knowledge sharing. This hybrid London role offers exposure to complex change programmes and direct access to senior technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver solutions across multiple workstreams with senior technical and business stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across business and technology domains
• Translate complex technical detail into business-friendly language for action
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments with moving parts and dependencies
• Support development of the internal AI capability and share knowledge across the analyst community

Key requirements

• Strong analyst background with genuine technical fluency
• Experience across complex, multi-stakeholder change or transformation programmes
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels in parallel
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and fluid working patterns
