In this role you will support leading private equity partners on a range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, exits, and portfolio company M&A. You’ll draft and negotiate complex documents, conduct due diligence and legal research, and manage client relationships to ensure smooth deal execution. Key requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor
- 2-6 years PQE in private equity transactions
