• Reinstatement cost assessments
• Defect diagnosis and building pathology
• Refurbishment and improvement projects
• Preparing specifications and schedules of works
• Licence to Alter advice
• Client and stakeholder management
• Supporting more junior members of the team

Key requirements

• MRICS qualified
• strong experience within Building Surveying
• ideally come from a consultancy or property background
• comfortable managing projects and instructions independently
• strong technical and commercial knowledge
• confident working directly with clients
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
