Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and SME across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems
• Manage system configuration, security, governance, and compliance
• Lead system support, incident resolution, and service delivery
• Oversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
• Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors and the wider SAP product landscape
• Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimizing SuccessFactors modules
• Proven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiatives
• Strong governance, security, and service management knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
