Overview

As Procurement Manager for TikTok’s Europe e-commerce fulfillment logistics, you lead strategic sourcing and supplier management to optimize cost and service. You will shape annual and quarterly procurement plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive contract execution with LSPs. This role focuses on delivering strong logistics competitiveness across first-mile to last-mile services during peaks and campaigns. You join a fast-paced team that values data-driven decisions, supplier excellence, and scalable fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Europe logistics procurement for local fulfillment, covering supplier selection, benchmarking, and negotiations
  • Optimize fulfillment cost and service quality by selecting top-performing partners and improving pricing mechanisms
  • Develop annual and quarterly procurement strategies aligned with e-commerce growth and regional trends
  • Maintain relationships with logistics service providers and drive capacity planning during peak seasons and campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance to drive contracts, rate updates, onboarding, and process improvements
  • Build and maintain a supplier pool; monitor performance and support onboarding/offboarding decisions with risk controls
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing trend assessments to inform procurement planning

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in logistics procurement, fulfillment operations, or related roles; e-commerce experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related field
  • Strong negotiation, cost awareness, and project execution ability to lead complex initiatives
  • Proficiency in reviewing agency vendor agreements; high written and spoken Chinese required for contract interpretation and stakeholder communication
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce fulfillment lifecycle and related cost structures
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and travel across Europe
