Senior Game Evaluation Specialist

Overview

In this role you will evaluate European game projects and provide high-quality analytical reports to support decision-making. You will leverage deep FPS expertise to assess development stages and guide strategy. You will track key partner projects, engage with overseas developers and publishers, and share genre and market analyses to inform team decisions. This position sits in the Game Research Center, contributing to a global knowledge base and industry insights that shape product and market approaches.

Responsibilities

• In-depth evaluation of European market game projects and preparation of analytical reports
• Exhibit expertise in core European genres, especially FPS, to assess strengths and challenges across development stages
• Provide full-cycle tracking and strategic input for partner projects at varying development stages
• Represent the team at industry events and cultivate relationships with overseas developers and publishers
• Deliver market and product-oriented genre insights and competitive analyses to inform decision-making

Key requirements

• 5+ years in the games industry across console, PC, or mobile
• Deep expertise in European market genres with focus on shooter/FPS and ability to assess product challenges across lifecycle
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills, able to own the information-to-action pipeline
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project coordination in fast-paced environments
• English as primary working language; willingness to travel for overseas business trips and events
