Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals
• Handle commercial lettings and landlord & tenant matters
• Oversee asset management work and development/regeneration projects
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases and ancillary documents
• Lead transactions from instruction through to completion
• Build strong client relationships and provide commercially focused advice
• Lead business development initiatives and contribute to team growth
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers

Key requirements

• 8+ years PQE in real estate
• Strong technical knowledge across property transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience supervising and developing junior team members
• Demonstrable business development experience
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work under pressure
