Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential property caseload (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations)
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the department
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Provide tailored legal advice with regular client contact
- Ensure efficient case progression and compliance with firm procedures
- Oversee financial aspects of your caseload with cash office support
- Maintain accurate and compliant electronic and physical files
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential property
- Recent experience managing a full caseload from instruction to completion
- Strong communication, client care, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Full, clean driving licence
- Availability for occasional Saturday clinics (up to 4 times per year)
