Overview
In this Lead Technical Program Manager . Morgan, you guide complex technology programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to shape program scope, risks, and schedules, driving on-time delivery of technology solutions. You’ll apply analytical thinking to optimize program performance and foster a culture of learning through Agile practices. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans to sustain momentum
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
- Use advanced analytical reasoning to assess performance and apply data-driven optimizations
- Champion Agile adoption and cultivate continuous learning and innovation within the team
Key requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations
- Proven track record managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
