Overview
In this role you will lead delivery for Global Employer Services clients, guiding international work arrangements and mobility-related tax advice. You’ll manage client relationships, collaborate across senior teams, and drive new business opportunities while developing junior colleagues. The position sits within a globally focused, values-driven firm that emphasises integrity, inclusion and measurable impact. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobility tax solutions and contribute to the growth of the GES practice.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on international work arrangements and planning implications
- Manage relationships on client engagements
- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver tax advice and services
- Involve in broader advisory projects and client meetings
- Manage a portfolio of personal income tax returns from preparation to sign-off
- Oversee support from compliance delivery centres
- Prepare non-standard tax returns and review junior team members’ work
- Conduct entry and exit consultations with mobile employees
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver broader Global Workforce projects
- Contribute to growth through market-building activities
Key requirements
- ATT qualified, or close to completion (CTA support considered)
- UK tax return preparation/reviewer experience
- Knowledge of Statutory Residence Test and double tax treaties
- Broad knowledge of UK employer compliance responsibilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building with internal teams and clients
- Experience in client advisory beyond core compliance delivery
- Experience briefing clients on international implications of working abroad
- Professional Service or expatriate/private client background
- Experience working with non-UK based team members desirable
