Responsibilities
- Manage a varied, high‑value real estate caseload (acquisitions, disposals, asset management)
- Lead on landlord and tenant matters and development/regeneration projects
- Advise on complex transactional and advisory real estate issues
- Cultivate and manage client relationships and support business development
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on major projects
- Maintain high professional standards and regulatory compliance
Key requirements
- 3–5 years PQE in commercial real estate
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting ability
- Ability to manage files independently and supervise junior team members
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive, organized, commercially minded approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
