Overview

In this role you will join a leading Top 100 law firm in Manchester as a Corporate Solicitor with 1+ year PQE. You will support a UK and international client base on private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations and business sales, with senior guidance to accelerate progression. Responsibilities

• Advise on private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and business sales.
• Support UK and international clients with corporate transactions.
• Collaborate within the Corporate team to deliver high-quality advisory services.
