Product Owner

Overview

In this role you will drive feature-rich development for a B2B SaaS product within a fast-growing, founder-led tech scale-up. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into tangible features and data-informed decisions. You’ll operate in an agile, sprint-driven environment, shaping product direction and leveraging design tools to deliver a superior user experience. Pay / Benefits

• Starting salary 43,000 with annual salary reviews
• London location with hybrid work (up to 3 days p/w in the office)

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning and execution within an agile framework
• Use Figma for wireframes and user mapping to define UI/UX requirements
• Collaborate with data teams to understand and improve data solutions
• Generate insightful progress and goals reports to inform decision-making
• Create and manage stories and tasks in ClickUp or similar tooling
• Support feature development from ideation to delivery in a scale-up context

Key requirements

• Experience with sprint development and strong grasp of agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, and user mapping techniques
• Comfortable working with data solutions and producing data-informed decisions
• Experience generating reports on goals and using data to guide priorities
• Proficient in using ticket creation tools like ClickUp or similar
