Responsibilities

• conduce condition surveys and refurbishment projects
• oversee roof and window/door replacement schemes
• manage internal alterations and compliance/maintenance programs
• drive project delivery from inception to completion
• work on diverse education/public sector projects

Key requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying
• previous consultancy experience
• working towards chartership or recently qualified
• MRICS Chartered (for Senior)
• strong technical Building Surveying experience (for Senior)
• ability to independently deliver projects and professional instructions
