In this senior, hands-on role you will shape and deliver the firm’s talent and performance agenda, balancing strategy with practical delivery. You’ll work with business leaders and HR to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce and strengthen leadership pipelines. The role blends designing solutions with implementing them to meet current priorities and future needs. You’ll lead performance and talent initiatives, driving meaningful conversations and measurable impact across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development of the firm’s performance framework and annual processes
- Drive a culture of high-quality performance conversations, feedback, and accountability
- Use insight to evaluate effectiveness and improve employee experience and business impact
- Lead talent identification, reviews, and succession planning
- Build strong talent pipelines with HR partners and senior leaders
- Analyse talent trends to strengthen capability and readiness
- Design and deliver talent and career development programmes
- Evaluate programme impact and enhance content and outcomes
- Support and improve promotion processes including Partner promotions
- Identify emerging capability requirements and develop interventions to build future capability
- Partner with Finance and business leaders for workforce planning
- Use people data and dashboards to inform decisions and translate data into action
- Advance Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in talent and performance approaches
- Support change management and adoption of new talent initiatives
- Bring external insight to keep practices relevant and future-focused
Key requirements
- Significant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management or Leadership Development
- Experience designing and delivering talent, succession or career development programmes
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence talent decisions
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to use people data and insight to inform decisions
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced organisation
