Overview

In this role you will drive growth for Sytner BMW & MINI by identifying and securing new corporate clients across the UK, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll generate your own pipeline through networking, outreach, and referrals, representing the premium BMW and MINI brands in the local business community. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience from first contact to delivery, and consistently beat sales targets. This opportunity offers autonomy to develop your own book of business with backing from two renowned brands.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across the UK
  • Generate pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, social selling, and meetings
  • Build relationships with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers
  • Convert prospects into long-term BMW & MINI business customers
  • Represent the brand within the local business community and raise brand awareness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
  • Consistently achieve and exceed new business, sales, and profitability targets
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records

Key requirements

  • Proven track record of winning new business in a B2B sales or business development role
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior business decision-makers
  • Resilient, positive, and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Automotive experience is welcomed but not essential
