Overview

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload within a growing specialist team in Guildford. You’ll handle high‑value property disputes, landlord and tenant issues, development matters, and related insolvency work, often alongside leading counsel. You will support senior lawyers on complex matters while serving a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders and corporates. The role offers opportunities to contribute to business development and the ongoing expansion of the practice within a reputable firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across property litigation matters
• Support and assist senior lawyers on complex cases
• Advise on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, development issues, and real property disputes
• Handle property‑related insolvency work
• Work with a diverse client base (developers, investors, lenders, corporates)
• Participate in business development to support practice growth
• Contribute to the expansion and progression of the specialist team

Key requirements

• 2+ PQE in property litigation or broader disputes
• Commercially minded with a focus on client service
• Experience handling high‑value, sophisticated matters
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior lawyers
