Program Manager

Overview

In this Program Manager role you will lead large, multi-workstream client engagements within Kinaxis’ Professional Services Delivery. You will orchestrate governance across projects, manage dependencies, and provide program-level visibility to senior stakeholders. You will coordinate distributed teams, monitor financials, and drive consistent delivery practices to achieve scope, timelines, and value. Responsibilities

• Lead program-level coordination across multiple projects, phases, and delivery teams to align with scope and timelines
• Establish and maintain governance with integrated plans, milestone tracking, reporting cadence, and escalation
• Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues; drive resolution with Delivery Managers/Directors and clients
• Support senior client and executive stakeholder engagement through clear program reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams; clarify roles and priorities
• Monitor project financials including forecasting, tracking, and variance across workstreams
• Drive consistency in delivery practices; contribute to program standards, tools, and methodologies
• Provide guidance/mentorship to (Senior) Delivery Managers on complex delivery scenarios

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience delivering complex software/technology programs in professional services or consulting
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects with interdependencies
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and risk management across multi-phase engagements
• Experience with project financials including forecasting and budget oversight
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct authority
• Understanding of enterprise software delivery lifecycles; supply chain experience is a plus
• Experience with program and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint)
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset; Agile or hybrid delivery familiarity preferred
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
