As a Director AI Lead, you will drive AI-enabled solutions for large Insurance transformations, shaping strategic outcomes for clients. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead go-to-market initiatives, and manage a multidisciplinary team through end-to-end delivery. Stay at the forefront of AI advances, including Generative AI, and weave new tools into client solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define AI-enabled solutions aligning with business goals
• Lead sales and business development activities, building client relationships and partnerships
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary AI team (data scientists, engineers, developers, business analysts)
• Manage project lifecycle including timelines, budgets, and scope
• Stay current with AI advancements and integrate new tools into client solutions
• Shape market propositions and lead go-to-market efforts for Insurance AI initiatives

Key requirements

• Deep Insurance industry experience with proven AI-enabled, production-grade solution delivery at scale
• Ability to identify AI opportunities and lead go-to-market propositions connecting business problems to technical solutions
• Strong project management skills (timelines, budgets, scope)
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI
• Strong leadership to enable diverse technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in agile environments
