Associate Director, Incentives & Reward

Overview

In this role you support the Incentives team within Deloitte’s Reward practice, advising on equity and cash incentive plans for global and local clients. You will help design, implement, and operate incentive arrangements while addressing tax, legal, and compliance considerations. You’ll collaborate with client teams across sectors, delivering high-impact advisory services and helping clients navigate complex incentives at a global scale. Responsibilities

• Advise on structure and design of equity and cash incentive plans
• Support implementation and operation of incentive plans UK and globally
• Advise on tax and legal implications of incentives worldwide
• Develop tax-compliant and tax-efficient delivery strategies
• Prepare technical updates on changes in tax and legal treatment of incentives
• Provide ad hoc practical client advice and attend meetings
• Draft share plan and related employee communication documents (for those with legal background)
• Support proposals and business development activities (slides, bid responses, client relationships)
