Overview

As Crisis and Incident Data Analyst, you will strengthen MUFG’s crisis and incident management through robust data analytics across EMEA. You’ll shape the data landscape, support governance and regulatory reporting, and deliver insights that enhance resilience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, auditable incident records and drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Develop and embed the data landscape across EMEA to support Crisis and Incident Management frameworks in line with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate depth analytics across people, process, technology, facilities, information and third‑party dependencies within Operational Resilience
  • Deliver a centralised incident data model across EMEA supporting governance, audit and regulatory needs
  • Maintain crisis and incident data governance, repositories, reporting inventories and evidence stores
  • Create automated reporting, analytics and dashboards to improve data quality and organizational awareness
  • Produce MI, KPI/KRI reporting for forums like Operational Resilience Practitioners Forum and Oversight Committee
  • Ensure incident records and classifications are accurate, complete and auditable for regulatory compliance
  • Assist with thematic reviews, maturity assessments, and capability evaluations to identify findings and improvements
  • Coordinate and support Bronze Incident Management Teams and Silver/Gold Crisis Management Teams during incidents
  • Support integration of data from ServiceNow, Critical Event Management platforms and other resilience tools as a reporting SME

Key requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics within Operational Resilience or Incident Management in financial services or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of ISO 22361:2022 and familiarity with PS and FG regulatory changes
  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting and governance in large organisations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends
  • Understanding of incident management principles and risk assessment methodologies in crises
  • Experience with governance or risk reporting in large organisations
  • Proficiency with large datasets and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau; ServiceNow experience desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Preferred CBCI or Operational Resilience certification; SQL or data analytics qualifications advantageous
