Senior Development Manager needed to lead a major regeneration scheme in London. You will bridge front-end development management with overall project delivery on a complex, private-led high-rise of over 1,000 units. Your role supports the scheme’s planning, coordination, and construction phases within a market-leading development team. Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development management and align with project delivery for a regeneration scheme
• Coordinate planning, approvals, and multi-layered construction activities
• Manage stakeholder expectations across private-led development and regulatory bodies
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and risk management for a complex high-rise project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scheme objectives and quality standards

Key requirements

• Experience in regeneration schemes as a regeneration manager or DM, with exposure to private-led developments
• Proven ability in both front-end development management and project delivery management
• Experience handling complex planning processes and multi-layered construction
• London-based availability or strong experience in London regeneration projects
