R&D Laboratory Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will lead the R&D Sensor Test Laboratory, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance while supporting new sensor development. You will manage people, equipment, and processes to enable critical product testing and studies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient, audit-ready lab activities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D Sensor Test Laboratory Team with day-to-day direction
• Coordinate lab operations, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Lead quality, compliance, and EHS initiatives in the lab
• Ensure work follows SOPs and test protocols
• Collaborate with functional groups to meet objectives and resolve investigations
• Support R&D project teams during business-critical studies
• Provide detailed project information to R&D Lab Lead and technical functions
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities while maintaining compliance and quality
