Responsibilities
- lead high-value construction disputes and guide complex matters
- develop and manage client relationships and drive business growth
- supervise, coach, and develop senior associates and other lawyers
- provide strong matter leadership and commercial judgment
- contribute to the team’s strategic direction and growth
- collaborate across the practice to deliver multidisciplinary advice
- support national and international dispute resolution including litigation, adjudication, and arbitration
Key requirements
- significant experience in complex, high-value construction disputes
- strong track record in client relationship management and business development
- experience supervising and mentoring senior associates and lawyers
- excellent matter leadership and commercial judgment

- SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
