Overview

As Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Outfits Discovery team, you will productionise ML systems to help customers discover and shop outfits that match style and trends. You’ll work in an agile, cross-functional setting to deploy high-scale models for hundreds of millions of customers and products, driving measurable business impact. You’ll shape new features, contribute to ML standards, and guide junior teammates. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to influence fashion tech at scale, with a clear impact on the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Productionise machine learning systems for outfits discovery and pricing/targeting
  • Develop and deploy at-scale batch and online ML models
  • Iterate on causal algorithms and improve engineering practices
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Contribute to ML standards, code quality, and technical direction
  • Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional partners to drive measurable impact

Key requirements

  • Experience applying machine learning in production settings with deep learning
  • Experience with deep learning and distributed computing frameworks for large-scale models
  • Experience training models across multiple GPUs using distributed or parallel approaches
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, data pipelines, CI/CD, containerisation and observability; interest in MLOps tooling
  • Comfortable mentoring others and contributing to broader engineering initiatives
