Overview
As Integration Lead in the Defence team, you coordinate multi-project delivery within a highly regulated Air Defence programme. You will align objectives, deliver integrated plans, and manage interfaces, milestones, risks, and governance to ensure on-time, compliant outcomes. The role sits in an integrated client team, emphasizing collaboration across clients, consultants, suppliers and delivery partners. This is a security-sensitive position with SC clearance considerations and a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate integration activities across multiple projects, workstreams, and delivery teams
- Manage interfaces, dependencies and milestones to support delivery
- Synchronise integrated programme plans with project objectives and delivery schedules
- Facilitate collaboration between client, consultant, supplier and delivery stakeholders
- Monitor performance and report progress, risks and delivery challenges
- Identify, manage and escalate programme risks, issues and interdependencies
- Support governance, assurance and decision-making processes
- Drive consistency in reporting, controls and delivery standards
- Support mobilisation, transition and readiness activities
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the integrated client team
Key requirements
- Experience leading programme integration, programme management, PMO or complex project delivery
- Experience managing dependencies, interfaces and stakeholders across large and complex programmes
- Strong understanding of governance, planning, reporting and risk management principles
- Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Infrastructure, Nuclear or other regulated environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience in project management, programme management, engineering or related discipline
- Current SC clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain UK security clearance
