Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead large-scale IT and business transformation programmes across Europe within Ricoh Europe’s Group IT PMO. You’ll guide projects from concept to delivery, balancing scope, time and budget while ensuring quality and measurable business value. The role involves directing cross-functional teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and promoting Agile ways of working to drive strategic outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business and digital transformation programmes across Europe
• Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
• Drive continuous improvement, PMO best practice and knowledge sharing
• Coach and mentor project teams while promoting Agile ways of working
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and align with strategic objectives

Key requirements

• Significant experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2 and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing business transformation, infrastructure and application projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholders at executive level
• Experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile environments
• Excellent leadership, coaching, facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align projects to business outcomes
• A degree (or equivalent experience)
• Professional Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM, SAFe or Agile
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow and other project management tools
