Sr Marketing Cloud Analyst

Overview

In this role you will drive global marketing automation across Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, acting as a key functional consultant and SFDC Marketing Cloud administrator. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, maintain campaigns, and monitor ROI while staying ahead of new marketing technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and careful attention to data security and process efficiency are essential. This is an opportunity to shape how marketing automation supports patient-centered outcomes and scalable campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with global marketing, customer care and other departments to define campaign needs
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for campaign development and execution
• Maintain existing Marketing Cloud campaigns
• Identify issues and risks and escalate appropriately
• Serve as a point of contact for technical Marketing Cloud questions
• Document workflow processes, testing, and SOPs aligned with business requirements
• Communicate project status and enhancements to business users
• Build reports or assist with data demonstrating campaign ROI
• Focus on campaign logic and implementation; familiarity with HTML forms and page layouts is a plus
• Stay updated on current technology and assess new tools for appropriate use

Key requirements

• 4–5 years of experience with SFDC Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget
• Experience deploying Marketing Automation with emphasis on data security, privacy, and accuracy
• HTML knowledge for campaign updates
• AMPScript familiarity and experience
• SQL knowledge for Data Extensions
• Salesforce.com knowledge for sales/marketing functions
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and train users on new processes
• Excellent communication and team orientation
• Healthcare, pharma or medical device industry experience is a plus
