Manager – CFO Excellence, BCG Vantage

Overview

In this role, you will act as a domain expert embedded within case teams at BCG Vantage, delivering深入 analyses, actionable insights, and scalable knowledge assets. You will lead modules, mentor junior colleagues, and shape client-ready outputs while building direct relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll translate finance challenges into AI-enabled solutions and contribute to proposals and IP development. This role blends client engagement with knowledge creation to advance BCG’s transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage case modules and workplans
• Deliver high-quality, client-specific analyses and synthesize findings
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and adapt communication to the audience
• Build client relationships and be the go-to domain expert
• Translate case learnings into scalable IP and knowledge assets
• Mentor junior team members and guide project delivery
• Identify high-value AI/GenAI use cases in finance processes
• Oversee data governance, quality, and ethical considerations in AI
• Support business development and proposals with domain expertise
• Contribute to publications, conference materials, and practice assets
• Ensure integrity and confidentiality in client engagements

Key requirements

• 6+ years of consulting or relevant domain experience in finance
• Strong hypothesis-based problem solving and structured thinking
• Proven track record leading complex, client-facing analyses
• Autonomy in driving workstreams and quality across teams
• Strong client presence and relationship-building skills (to C-suite)
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, analytics, or automation tools
• Ability to assess AI readiness in finance processes (data, governance, tech landscape)
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles
• Fluency in English
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Willingness to spend significant time on client sites
