Overview
In this role you will drive resource strategy for the Nature Services Business Unit and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will balance utilisation, financial performance, and people development to optimise project delivery at scale. You will shape capability planning and workforce development, guiding coalitions across functions to support sustainable growth. Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning and resource optimisation for the Nature Services Business Unit
- Balance utilisation, financial performance, project delivery, and people development
- Drive resource agility and effective talent deployment
- Monitor supply and demand to enable proactive planning and informed decisions
- Partner with Operations Directors, Cost Centre Managers, Team Leads, Project Managers, HR, Finance and L&D
- Advise senior leaders on resourcing strategy, capability planning and workforce development
- Identify capability gaps and contribute to short-, medium-, and long-term workforce plans
- Support bid/proposal activities with resource forecasting and workload profiling
- Provide insights on workload management and future resource requirements
- Lead initiatives to innovate resource management practices
Key requirements
- Significant experience in resource management, workforce planning or strategic resourcing
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment
