Overview
In this role you will help defence and wider public sector clients shape major estate and infrastructure investments. You will work with cross-functional teams to define investment needs, outcomes and evidence-based recommendations. You’ll develop and appraise options, build HMT Green Book–compliant business cases, and support governance through senior decision-making. You’ll engage stakeholders, run workshops and deliver clear reports that frame strategic decisions.
