Project Manager

Overview

As a Senior Engineer on a major London project, you will lead technical on-site delivery and assure the quality of engineering works. You’ll mentor junior site engineers and work closely with design teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. This role sits within a high-performance site team delivering complex infrastructure, requiring proactive leadership and strong process discipline. You’ll help maintain technical standards and enable timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Manage and technically assure all site-based engineering works
• Oversee setting out, quality checks, and technical documentation (ITPs, WPPs)
• Effectively manage and mentor junior site engineers
• Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues promptly

Key requirements

• Significant experience as a Site or Senior Engineer working directly for a Tier 1 Principal Contractor
• A strong, demonstrable understanding of construction processes and site management
