Associate Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will deliver projects across a varied portfolio within a collaborative, growth-focused consultancy. You will act as the main client liaison, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage time, budget, and risks from inception to completion. The position offers progression opportunities and chances to contribute to business development at senior levels. You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to drive high-quality outcomes and client relationships. This is a hands-on role that combines project delivery with opportunities to shape the team and growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Managing programme, cost and risk throughout project delivery
• Preparing and presenting reports to clients
• Supporting procurement and contract administration activities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and team growth activities (senior levels)

Key requirements

• Experience in a consultancy environment
• Proven project delivery experience across the built environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Degree qualified within a relevant construction discipline
• MRICS, MAPM or equivalent desirable but not essential
