Product Manager FinTech

Overview

In this Product Manager role, you will shape customer-focused fintech solutions for leading banks and financial institutions. You’ll collaborate with an in-house development team to define strategy, drive roadmaps, and translate business needs into product outcomes. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, lead agile delivery, and engage with clients to showcase value. The role offers a dynamic, tech-driven environment with opportunities to influence product direction and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for fintech solutions
• Own product development, roadmapping, and requirement gathering
• Lead product demonstrations and engage with prospects, customers, and clients
• Articulate Epics, Features, user stories, scenarios, journeys and wireframes
• Lead sprint planning and manage the product backlog according to roadmap and priorities
• Facilitate collaboration between Development, Delivery and third parties
• Provide walkthroughs for user acceptance and ensure documentation is updated

Key requirements

• 5+ years experience as software business analyst or product owner
• Proven SDLC experience
• Experience at a software vendor
• Financial services client-facing experience
• Strong understanding of complex business processes
• Technical SME with sales/pre-sales relationship experience
• Experience with prioritisation, roadmapping, strategy
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and writing/managing user stories and acceptance criteria
