MEP Project Director (Building Services)

Overview

In this M&E Director role, you will lead projects autonomously while shaping the firm’s offering across the north of England. You will mentor senior engineers, manage key client relationships, and drive growth through repeat business. You’ll build and guide your own team, ensure quality across projects, and push for equity progression. The role blends leadership, technical excellence, and business development in a collaborative, ambitious office.

Responsibilities

• manage client relationships and secure repeat business

Key requirements

• 15+ years of experience in MEP design
• experience in client-facing roles
• degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Chartered or pursuing Chartership
• professional membership with CIBSE or IET or similar
• passion for sustainable building services design
• experience delivering high-accredited buildings in the UK
