Overview

As Senior Product Manager, GRC Analytics, you will shape the data visualization and analytics outputs for Riskonnect’s GRC solutions, built on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You’ll partner with product, data engineering, and sales to define requirements, design dashboards, and guide AI-enabled insights. You’ll translate customer needs into a scalable platform roadmap and ensure deliverables meet quality and business metrics. This is a chance to influence analytics at scale and advance a data-driven risk management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and guide feature design and development against roadmap and platform opportunities
  • Define scope and usability for end-user data visualization and embedded analytics, including personalization
  • Design and occasionally build analytics content within Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML, such as natural language querying, automated insights, or predictive analytics
  • Upskill the Custom Reporting team in requirements design and data visualization best practices
  • Map relationships between key business concepts to support Master Data Management
  • Propose multiple solutions for complex problems and make objective recommendations
  • Incorporate internal and external feedback and business metrics to refine the product
  • Monitor market trends to extend capabilities and improve user experience
  • Work in an agile framework with dev and QA to translate requirements into epics and user stories
  • Operate with latitude in creative solutions

Key requirements

  • GRC domain understanding and analytics needs
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric; Salesforce, Izenda, Exago, Domo, or Cognos experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and embedded analytics
  • Experience with real-time and batch data at scale; knowledge of lakehouse or star schema data architectures
  • SQL querying and end-to-end data flow tracing for data quality
  • Awareness of AI/ML in analytics and BI tooling
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources into a shared product vision
  • Familiarity with agile development and working with dev and QA teams
