Overview

In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead large-scale, ground-up data centre projects for prominent tech clients across the UK. You’ll own delivery from inception to commissioning, shaping governance, scope, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll drive quality, safety, cost and performance targets while managing client communications and project finances. Responsibilities

  • Advise on project conception and delivery approaches to meet client objectives
  • Define overall success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
  • Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment aspects
  • Establish project governance, processes and systems
  • Produce detailed project plans and manage resources and procurement
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor performance via KPIs
  • Oversee change control and project finances
  • Manage client communications and reporting; interface with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support staff development and knowledge capture; promote internal process improvements
  • Ensure timely invoicing and use of financial management systems (FMS) to track project status

  • Experience in construction environments (residential, office, fit-outs, health & education)
