Responsibilities
- Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, post completion work
- Maintain excellent client and stakeholder communication to progress transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient progression of matters
- Support department growth through local networking and relationship building
Key requirements
- Qualified conveyancer with strong technical knowledge across conveyancing matters
