Overview
In this role you will lead high-value construction disputes within a national law firm. You’ll handle a range of matters from procurement challenges to distressed infrastructure projects, working across JCT and NEC disputes, adjudications, and full litigation. You will own your caseload while collaborating with partners, contributing to a market-leading construction litigation team. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload on complex construction disputes
- Advise on JCT and NEC contract issues and adjudications
- Lead or contribute to full litigation cycles across multiple sectors
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues across the firm
- Deliver practical, client-focused advice in a fast-moving environment
Key requirements
- 5+ PQE in construction litigation
- Strong technical capability and commercial mindset
- Experience with high-value matters and diverse sectors
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of cases
