Overview
In this role you will lead projects from early design through to completion, collaborating directly with clients and multi-disciplinary teams. You will mentor less experienced engineers and help shape delivery on public realm and infrastructure schemes with genuine civic impact. A clear path to principal level and chartership support are offered, emphasizing ownership, autonomy, and professional growth. This is a collaborative, reasoning-led environment where senior engineers steer projects and share accountability for outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from conception to handover
- Directly engage with clients and other disciplines
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to explain reasoning and approach

Key requirements
- Experience as a senior engineer in public realm or infrastructure projects
- Ability to lead client relationships and multi-disciplinary coordination
