Overview
In this role, you will join a specialist Regulatory, Risk & Resolution team to advise education providers across the sector. You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for diverse clients, from early years to higher education, supporting regulatory compliance and incident management. The role offers rapid progression within a top-ranked practice and exposure to nationally recognised clients in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying your education law expertise to protect client reputations and navigate complex regulatory challenges.

Responsibilities
- Advise on admissions, exclusions, appeals, and student conduct across education providers
- Handle safeguarding, SEND, equality matters, and tribunal-related issues
- Manage regulatory compliance, inspections, and registration tasks
- Provide crisis management and reputation protection support
- Deliver specialist corporate support for education clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to approach matters strategically
Key requirements
- 1+ years PQE in education law
- Public law experience (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with confidence
