Overview
In this role you will support cost management across major infrastructure projects, working with cross-functional teams to monitor budgets, forecasts and cost performance. You will engage with clients and contractor teams to manage deliverables, changes and value engineering, helping projects stay within governance and drive efficiencies. Responsibilities
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
- Administer diverse contracts in line with project objectives and policies
- Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely valuation and applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs and objectives
- Manage contract changes to stay within governance and best practice
- Improve forecast accuracy and budget reliability
- Provide commercial support to stakeholders
- Negotiate and settle final accounts
- Lead people and commissions as needed
