Overview
In this role you will drive growth for HubSpot by guiding mid-market businesses through digital transformation and change management. You’ll manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce HubSpot’s platform. The position supports a hybrid work model with options for London office or UK-based remote work, emphasizing strategic advisory engagement with executives to unlock value.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own territory business plans (annual, quarterly, monthly)
- Prospect from inbound and self-sourced leads
- Qualify calls with C-level executives and department leaders
- Close new business and renewals to meet or exceed quota on a monthly cadence
- Sell to multiple stakeholders including champions and C-level executives
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy with new features
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations
Key requirements
- 3-5 years in a quota carrying role
- Fluency in English (Nordic language a bonus)
- Experience in a complex selling environment
- Presented to C-level executives on business change
- Monthly and annual pipeline management with forecasting accuracy
- Goal oriented with track record of overachievement
- Trained or certified in a standardised sales method (e.g., Sandler)
