Senior Site Manager

Overview

In this role you lead on-site delivery for large residential developments in Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. You will act as number one on site, ensuring safety, contractor presence, and timely execution of 30–50 unit traditional-build homes. You’ll coordinate with architects, engineers and the quantity surveyor to manage design changes and cost implications. The opportunity offers both permanent and contract paths with a focus on quality delivery and regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Own H&S and day-to-day site issues
• Ensure contractor attendance aligns with the programme
• Resolve design issues with architect and engineer
• Coordinate with QS on design changes and cost implications
• Ensure all deadlines are met
