Overview
As a Senior Scheduler / Planner, you will develop, analyse, and report project schedules across planning through commissioning for major infrastructure programs. You will coordinate inputs with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure integrated schedules. You’ll monitor progress, perform critical path and risk assessments, and support claims with forensic delay analysis. You will present findings through clear dashboards to drive informed decisions and project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedule inputs across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning
- Ensure integrated schedules with technical advisors, client experts, contractors, and subcontractors
- Track and report schedule performance, achievements, and forecasts
- Perform schedule analysis including critical path, DCMA assessments, and schedule comparisons
- Conduct risk analyses, EVM, and SPI monitoring
- Lead forensic reviews and delay analysis to support claims and project reviews
- Create dashboards and summary reports to present complex schedule data
Key requirements
- Senior Scheduler/Planner or Schedule Manager experience in infrastructure (rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport or defence)
- Advanced Primavera P6 skills
- Experience with Safran, Acumen Fuse, or Primavera Risk (desirable)
- Power BI for reporting and dashboards (advantage)
- Client-side exposure in consultancy or contractor environments (beneficial)
- Eligibility for Baseline Defence Clearance (advantage)
