Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex residential conveyancing matters
- Advise on deeds of grant, covenants and easements
- Handle assignments and declarations of trust
- Set up residential leases
- Oversee equity release transactions
- Address Building Safety Act matters
- Tackle other complex and technical conveyancing issues
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in complex residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
