Associate Recruitment Consultant

Overview

In this role you support senior recruiters to source and qualify mid-to-senior candidates while building strong candidate relationships. You will learn recruitment fundamentals through a structured training program and collaborate with the team on business development. The position offers clear progression toward a 360 recruitment capacity and uncapped commission on successful placements. This is an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment within JCW’s London office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates across specialized markets
• Build relationships with candidates and learn recruitment fundamentals
• Support business development activities and collaborate with the team
• Work toward transitioning into a 360 recruitment role
• Contribute to sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for active roles
